Refund Policy

1. Software Deployment Finality
Due to the nature of algorithmic deployment and immediate cloud server provisioning, all base fee payments and monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the software has been deployed to your brokerage account.
2. Market Performance
Aliom does not guarantee market performance. Financial losses incurred as a result of market conditions, slippage, or standard algorithmic execution do not qualify for a refund.
3. Technical Failures
If a critical technical failure on the Aliom infrastructure prevents the bot from connecting to your broker or executing trades for a continuous period of 7 days or more, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of your current month's subscription. Connection issues stemming from your broker, invalid credentials, or insufficient margin do not qualify.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your Paddle receipt or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your engine will remain active until the end of your current 28-day billing cycle, after which it will be detached. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
