1. Information We Collect
To operate the Aliom infrastructure, we collect minimal operational data. This includes your Telegram User ID (for authentication and automated notifications) and your Broker Account ID/Server details (to facilitate trade execution).
2. Credential Security
Your security is our highest priority. Trading passwords entered via our Telegram interface are strictly used to perform an initial secure handshake with your broker via MetaApi. We do not store plaintext broker passwords in our global databases.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle; we do not store or process your credit card information. Market execution is facilitated via MetaApi. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
4. Data Retention
We retain your Telegram ID and deployment status in our secure database only for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or expiration, the cloud instance is spun down and your brokerage is detached.
